You know how you're working on a sermon, God has poured an incredible message into you and you want it to stick?

Or you have this amazing program and you want to be sure that people come out and engage in it?

We help with that.

When I was a kid my parents took us to church every Sunday. No question, that's what they did, it's what everyone did. Times have changed. Though this has meant sliding attendance and some hard times, I think there's much good that can come from this. It's caused a shift and church is now a personal, emotional thing. It's an opportunity to ask are we doing church with our best, or are we doing it how we've always done it and getting by? People are hungry for a church that brings excellence to all they do.

Our work, whether onsite for consulting and training or digging into a project, revolves around two primary focuses: the art of preaching and the how of church.

THE HOW OF CHURCH

In focusing on the how of church, I'm focusing on how we are communicating to our community and to those who walk through your doors. Do they see our best? I'm asking do we need a bulletin, how should it look, how are people using it. I'm creating a foundation of a strong brand strategy that all of our other communications can rise from. While things like advertising campaigns, social media, logos, posters, direct mail can certainly translate to butts in seats, it goes beyond that and gives an outside voice of how people are receiving you and all the messages of the church. It's about how we are communicating.

THE ART OF PREACHING

Up to this point, preaching has been about words. If you're a pastor your shelves are full of greek studies, encyclopedias, commentaries, a lot of great resources…words have served you well, and will continue to, you are an expert at what to say.

But the time has come that we don't stop there and begin to focus on how we are saying it. That is the art of preaching.

The art of preaching is about bringing another layer, a visual creative layer, to our church services. Whether that's sermon branding, shaping the landscape of Sunday morning, something you bring on stage, or something you put in people's hands this is about the Spirit moving through an artists and through a pastor to immerse words in visuals and creativity in a way that fully engages those that walk through your doors.
